Support
Email support@rigsketch.org. Say which version you are on (About → the version line) and what you were doing; a screenshot helps.
Something crashed
RigSketch keeps a report of unexpected errors. When the "Something went wrong" dialog appears, press Copy report and paste it into your email. The report contains the error, the app version, your Windows or browser version, and the size of your project. It never contains your drawings.
Your work is still in memory when that dialog appears, and autosave keeps running; save straight away.
Windows says it protected your PC
Until the installer is code-signed, Windows SmartScreen shows an "unrecognized app" warning on first launch. Click More info, then Run anyway. It asks once per file. Copies installed through Steam do not show it.
My drawing tablet
RigSketch reads pen pressure through the browser's pointer events, so any tablet with a working Windows driver works: Wacom, Surface Pen, Huion, XP-Pen. A single finger pans; the Finger paints button on the toolbar swaps that; two fingers always pan and zoom. If your pen's eraser end does not erase, or the palm rejection misbehaves, email the tablet model and driver version.
Where are my files?
Projects are .rigsketch files wherever you saved them: plain zips holding a project.json and one PNG per drawing. The autosave snapshot and the clip library live inside the app's own storage; About → Reset settings leaves both alone.
Updates
On Steam, updates arrive through the Steam client. The direct download checks for updates under File → Check for updates and installs them in place.
Refunds
Purchases through Steam or itch.io follow that store's refund policy. See the licence for direct purchases.
